We appreciate your business—and hope you love your purchase.
All items must be sent back within the first 7 (seven) business days upon receiving the purchase. No exceptions.
Once you’ve realized an item does not work email email@example.com with your order number, order date and the full name used to make the purchase.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. No exceptions.
All items with prices ending in $ .96, .97, .98 and .99 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. All Pre sale items that are marked down are also considered ‘sale’ items
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our customer service team member.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns and contact your shipping vendor.
Because we strive to ship all orders within 5 (five) days of receiving an order, we must ask that you email firstname.lastname@example.org cancellation requests within the first 24 (twenty-four) hours of making it. There will be a 10 (ten) dollar restocking FEE deducted from your original priced order.
Due to limited, exclusive inventory, we can not offer exchanges. If an alternate style, size or color is preferred, we suggest ordering a new item and returning the original for store credit. An original item refund will process within (7) seven business days, provided the return adheres to the guidelines.
