Shipping policy

At Salon Booteek, we make sure your order is prepared with care and shipped out in a timely manner. All orders are shipped every Monday and every Thursday and will arrive between 5 and 10 business days. Once your package is mailed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please note that once your order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, Salon Booteek is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. For any delivery concerns, please refer directly to your tracking details and contact the shipping carrier.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped, please email us at beauty@salonbooteek.com and we will resend your tracking information.
